Pastor's Note
By Pastor Greg Crocker

We are in the early days of the New Year and we are facing a tremendous challenge. There are more lost people than ever before which means that more people are heading for a Christ-less eternity. The challenge is for every Christian to remember his/her mission to go and tell the good news of Jesus Christ and we must start at home.
February is a month when our thoughts often turn to flowers, candy and other romantic things because of Valentine’s Day. Of course, we shouldn’t need a day on the calendar to remind us that we should be telling others we love them. Our love should be seen in how we live our lives every day. God’s love is clearly seen in the cross. He so loved that He gave His best, His most precious.
How great is your love? Are you giving of yourself in love to God? To others? When we truly love someone, we are willing to make sacrifices for them. Right now, as a church, we are focusing on sharing Christ with others. Good, caring relationships with others cost something. I encourage you to persevere in reaching out to others. Wouldn’t it be great if someone you are praying for or ministering to would accept Christ?
These are indeed difficult times we are living in, but times of great opportunity for those with hope to share. Pray for one another, for lost souls to be saved, and for a nation-wide revival. Revival is our only hope and without it, I fear our future is bleak. Pray that the revival will start here.
In Him,
